I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms offered a wonderful view of the Nile river, they were outdated and needed refurbishment, as did the whole hotel. The service was friendly and professional, except for one individual from the management who was not up to par. The location was great, near Tahrir Square and downtown, but the cleanliness standards were lacking. The dining options were limited, and even basic amenities like water were not readily available. Overall, a stay with some highs and lows.
